The CEU Department of Dentistry is one of Spain’s most internationally renowned dental programs. Offered in a bilingual English/Spanish format, the program brings together a vibrant student body representing over 100 countries. Upon graduation, students receive an official Spanish national degree and full EU dental licensure, enabling them to practice directly across all 27 EU member states and EEA nations. Year 1 | Foundational Medical Sciences
Build a robust preclinical foundation through core medical disciplines, including Embryology, Anatomy, Histology, Physiology, Biochemistry, Genetics, Cellular and Molecular Biology, Microbiology, and Immunology. -
Year 2 | Pathology & Dental Foundations
Develop a deep understanding of diseases and dental mediums through Pathology, Microbiology, Oral Histology, Physiology of the Occlusal System, Introduction to Dental Materials, Clinical Communication, and Behavioral Sciences. -
Year 3 | Clinical Immersion & Real Patient Care
Step into the on-campus University Dental Clinic to treat real patients. Build core clinical competencies in Restorative Dentistry, Oral Surgery, Oral Medicine, Diagnostic Radiology, and Endodontics. -
Year 4 | Advanced Clinical Practice
Manage complex cases through advanced training in Periodontics, Implantology and Peri-implant Diseases, Pediatric Dentistry, and Orthodontics (including removable appliances). -
Year 5 | Comprehensive Integration & Specialization
Master comprehensive multi-disciplinary diagnosis and treatment, covering Fixed/Removable Prosthodontics, Dental Implants, Root Canal Therapy, Esthetic Dentistry, and Temporomandibular Disorders (TMD) & Orofacial Pain. This year culminates in preclinical professional rotations and the Final Degree Project (TFG).

On-Campus University Dental Clinic: Direct Patient Care from Year 3
At our Alfara del Patriarca campus, students work in tight-knit teams of 2 to 3 under the direct guidance of licensed practicing dentists who serve as clinical mentors. Starting in their third year, students diagnose and treat real cases across all dental specialties, including restorative care, periodontics, endodontics, prosthodontics, implantology, and pediatrics. A brand-new, state-of-the-art dental clinic is currently under construction at the Elche campus to further expand clinical training for third-year students and beyond.

Universidad CEU San Pablo Polyclinic is an academic space where you can treat real cases under the supervision of professors. More than 2,500 square meters with 45 dentistry boxes with cutting-edge technology, state-of-the-art dental chairs with intraoral radiology, digital developing system, radiodiagnostic service equipped with a room with an orthopantomograph, a room with a CT scanner and much more.

You will be able to study the Bachelor’s degree in Dentistry entirely in English.
